- Read carefully the About cultural activities section to learn about holding a cultural activity at the United Nations Office at Geneva.
- Click on Manage Account then Create an account and fill out the online form. Please note that only representatives of Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva or an International Organization can propose a project to the Cultural Activities Committee. If you are neither a Permanent Mission nor an International Organization, please contact such institutions who would support the theme of your exhibition in order to prepare and submit your proposal.
- Activate your account through the link received by email.
- Login into your account bly clickin on Manage Account then Login. You can access your profile and fill in any missing information.
- Click on *Starter's guide* to access more information about the Cultural Activities Programme, How to organize a Cultural Activity, Cultural Activities Committee guidelines and Using this tool.
- Click on *View Locations* to view the different venues available at the Palais des Nations to hold your cultural event.
- To propose a Cultural Activity project to the Cultural Activities Committee, start by clicking on *Create a proposal*. You can then fill out the form and upload concept notes, images and/or any document you consider relevant to your proposal. Do not forget to *Save* your draft.
- Once your proposal is complete and submitted, You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox confirming the reception of the proposal by the committee.
- Once your proposal has been reviewed by the members of the Committee, you will receive an email letting you know whether it has been approved (entirely or partially), if it needs more information or if it has been rejected (entirely or partially).
- A member of the Cultural Activities team will then be in contact with you to begin formal organization of your project if it is approved.
